Remote Verification Protocol
To ensure wholesale accuracy without a physical showroom, Harfaah Trading FZE implements a Pre-Confirmation Protocol. Detailed product images, technical specifications, and production videos are provided for customer approval before quotation finalization and payment confirmation. This digital alignment ensures product expectations are met while preserving all statutory rights regarding delivery damage or material non-conformity.
How the Returns Process Works
Report
Log the claim via email or contact form within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Evidence
Submit photos, shipping labels, and supporting documentation for review.
Collection
Collection is arranged only where physical return of goods is required.
Resolution
Refund or replacement is confirmed after inspection and internal verification.
Claims Reporting & Proof
Customers are requested to inspect goods promptly upon delivery. Claims must be submitted within the following windows to remain eligible for review.

Submission Evidence Checklist
Operational Logistics & Handling Charges
Standard Return Charge
A flat shipping fee of AED 15 applies to all approved product returns.
Bulk Handling Fee
For returns exceeding 5 cartons, a charge of up to AED 50 applies depending on shipment weight.
Refund Deductions
Applicable return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the final refund.
Dispatch Errors
If Harfaah dispatches an incorrect item and the issue is verified, collection and redelivery are handled at no additional charge.
Eligibility & Condition
Original State
Returned goods must be unused, unaltered, and in original bulk packaging, including cartons, labels, and accessories, unless returned for verified transit damage.
Change-of-Mind
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless expressly approved in writing by Harfaah Trading FZE.
Partial Resolution
For batch-based B2B orders, claims are resolved specifically for affected units or cartons rather than the total shipment volume.
Exclusions
Custom-branded items, non-stock imports, and clearance lots are non-returnable unless a verified defect or dispatch error is confirmed.
Processing & Timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 4–7 working days from receipt of the return package at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or via approved bank transfer if the original method is unavailable. Working Days are Monday through Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.
